Available Positions
1. State Project Manager (SPM)
Development Amount: ₹70,000/- per month
PF: ₹10,000/-
Demand Draft (DD)/Target: Target of 2000 Candidates
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Leadership & reporting skills
2. Deputy State Project Manager
Development Amount: ₹55,000/- per month
PF: ₹7,000/-
Demand Draft (DD)/Target: Target of 1500 Candidates
Eligibility:
- Graduate
- State-level coordination experience preferred
3. Zonal Head
Development Amount: ₹37,500/- per month
PF: ₹5,000/-
Demand Draft (DD)/Target: ₹1,30,000/- or Target of 100 Candidates
Eligibility:
- Graduate
- Experience in team handling & field operations
4. District Project Controller Officer (DPCO)
Development Amount: ₹29,500/- per month
PF: ₹4,500/-
Demand Draft (DD)/Target: ₹1,00,000/- or Target of 80 Candidates
Eligibility:
- Graduate
- District-level management experience preferred
5. Block Supervisor
Development Amount: ₹21,500/- per month
PF: ₹3,500/-
Demand Draft (DD)/Target: ₹80,000/- or Target of 50 Candidates
Eligibility:
- 12th / Graduate
- Field work & supervision skills
6. Goonj Teacher (Ward Level)
Development Amount: ₹14,500/- per month
PF: ₹2,500/-
Demand Draft (DD)/Target: ₹55,000/- or Target of 30 Candidates
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- Teaching ability & basic subject knowledge
- Passion for free education
Job Responsibilities (General)
- Ward-wise free education delivery
- Regular reporting to seniors
- Student performance monitoring
- Community coordination
- Following institutional guidelines
Selection Process
- Selection is strictly under Head Office

PF, Development Amount & Security Policy
- Development Amount credited directly by Anjveda Vikas Sansthan
- PF deducted monthly
- Institution contributes 50% of PF
- PF withdrawal allowed after 6 months
- Security DD refundable after 3 years of continuous service
Important Guidelines
- LOA will be issued only after full DD submission
- DD payment accepted only from
Candidate / Father / Mother / Husband / Real Siblings - Aadhaar mandatory for DD payer
- Any DD issue must be reported within 7 days, else treated as donation
